If your skin has been looking and feeling dull and tired, dehydration could be the cause of this. However, it does not take much to bring your hydration levels back up, so here are ten tips to help you to do so.

Drink More Water 

While this may seem obvious, drinking more water is the best, and easiest, way to boost your hydration levels. Not only will this keep your body hydrated from within, but it is also good for your kidneys and heart, so be sure to drink at least two litres a day.

Turn Down the Temperature 

A hot shower may be incredibly soothing at the end of a long day, but high temperatures will only dehydrate your skin. Keep the water at a warm temperature instead, and spend no more than ten minutes in the shower or bath.

Invest in a Humidifier 

When the air around you is dry, the moisture from your skin ends up evaporating into it, quickly causing dryness and dehydration.
