What is your return policy?

We thank for you for shopping with OROGOLD and hope that you are thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have purchased from OROGOLD, we are more than happy to offer you exchanges within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We are not able to offer online returns for refund at this time, but we will happily exchange your items within 30 days, for online purchases. For products originally purchased in store, please contact the original point of purchase as return and exchange policies differ at individual locations. If you purchased the products via our website and want to request an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service center at 877-554-1777, Mon – Thurs 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Fri 8:30 AM – 3 PM. Can I exchange online purchases at a store?

Please note that at this moment, products can only be exchanged at the original point of purchase. Products purchased at a store can only be exchanged at the same store. What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?

  • All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging.
  • Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.
  • The parcel as well as its contents are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach OROGOLD.
  • We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods.
  • OROGOLD does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
